Store & Ordering
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous US — no order minimum required. International shipping rates are shown at checkout. Additional expedited or carrier options may also be available depending on your address. You can read our full shipping policy here.
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days from our New Jersey warehouse.
If an item is backordered or available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly listed on the product page, in your cart, and during checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
All orders ship from our US-based warehouse in New Jersey. Orders for in stock items typically leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Backordered items may be available for pre-order, shipping date estimates will be displayed on product, cart, and checkout pages.
We're a proudly independent small business headquartered in New York. Our warehouse and fulfillment center operates out of New Jersey. All orders ship from the US, and all customer support agents are US-based.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back in their original shipping box.
Return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Opened perishables like litter can’t be returned, but we’ll work with you to find a solution.
International orders are eligible for return, but return shipping is not covered unless the item was damaged or defective.

Product Questions
All of our products are designed with pets in mind — using smooth finishes, soft edges, and materials selected for everyday use in homes with animals. We avoid harsh chemicals, sharp components, or anything we wouldn’t use for Rawry herself.
We test every product in-house with our own pets before it ever reaches your home — and we rigorously check for durability, comfort, and ease of assembly. If it doesn’t pass the nap test, scratch test, or stress test, we don’t make it.
We use a mix of natural, durable, and pet-friendly materials — like solid wood, cotton, memory foam, and recyclable plastics. Every piece is chosen for comfort, longevity, and simplicity.
Yes — most of our products include printed instructions, and digital guides are available on each product page. If something’s unclear, our team is happy to help.
Some products ship flat for easier delivery, but setup is always simple. You won’t need any tools — usually just a few clicks, folds, or zips. Instructions are always included.
