Most orders ship within 1-2 business days for In Stock items. Due to ongoing global supply chain delays, shipping times are subject to change. Some back-ordered items may take in excess of 4-8 weeks to ship. Product page will state shipping time estimates for backordered items. We are unable to guarantee shipping times for back-ordered items, but our customer service is always available to give the latest shipping estimates for your order at help@rawrycat.com
Most orders ship from facilities in the United States. Orders ship to anywhere in the United States. Global Shipping and availability subject to change.
Shipping is charged at carrier rates and displays automatically during checkout. If you have questions about our shipping policy or fees, please email help@rawrycat.com.

Refund Policy
Returns
30 Day Easy Returns
We accept returns on eligible domestic purchases within 30 days of delivery. If you don’t love your order, contact us at help@rawrycat.com and we’ll help start your return.
For approved returns, we’ll provide a return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange. International orders are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must include all original parts, accessories, and product packaging. Items should be shipped back in their original shipping box whenever possible.
Returned items may not be washed, cleaned, altered, heavily soiled, damaged after delivery, or missing required packaging or components.
Eligible non-consumable products, including beds, cushions, cabins, and similar items, may be lightly tried within the 30-day return window as long as they meet the return condition requirements above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used consumables, including cat litter, treats, food, or similar single-use products
- Dishware, bowls, feeding products, pet waste products, or other food-contact items that have been used, washed, or exposed to food, water, saliva, or pet use
- Gift cards
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@rawrycat.com and we’ll make it right.
To complete your return, we may require your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds or Declined Returns
There are certain situations where a return may be declined or only a partial refund may be granted, including:
- Items returned without original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned heavily soiled or in unsanitary condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are not eligible for return under this policy
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at help@rawrycat.com to set up an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit for the value of the approved return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, email us at help@rawrycat.com and include your order number.
Once a return is approved, you will be sent a shipping label. Return label costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not send returns to this address. Returns must be sent using the approved return label and instructions provided by our support team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
